The 3rd Round Draw for the, recently rebranded, Adobe Women’s FA Cup will take place live across the competitions channels at 3pm

Third round proper see’s the entry of the nations Championship (Tier 2) clubs, but remains regional – meaning only sides from the North or Midlands leagues could be drawn against our Tigresses

City progresses to the 3rd round for just the 2nd time in their history following a competitive and atmospheric encounter at FAWNL league rivals, FC United of Manchester. Goals from Knight, Lynskey and Symington secured a 3-2 victory and progression through to the 3rd Round

In earlier Rounds the Tigresses overcame same league side Middlesbrough on penalties, following the heroics of Georgia Wattam, and a 3-1 win over Northern Premier side Halifax FC with goals from Thompson, Knight and Dawson

Last week the FA announced the rebrand of the FA Cup, partnering with the instantly recognisable Adobe in a 3 year deal. This followed the announcement that the prize pots for the Adobe FA Cup 3rd round onwards was to be doubled on 2022/23 rates
