Filming and photography consent
In accordance with our child protection policy we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents (or carers) of the child.
Hull City Ladies FC will follow the guidance for the use of photographs and videos, a copy of which is available from our website (www.hullcityladies.com)
Photography & videography will be taken by the clubs authorised personnel & or our professional key partners who can be found under our sponsor page (https://hullcityladies.com/sponsors/ )
Hull City Ladies FC will remain owner of any relatable material associated with Hull City Ladies FC & copyrighted.
Hull City Ladies FC will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately or by third parties, you should inform Hull City Ladies FC immediately. (info@hullcityladies.com)
- I give permission for photographs & videos of my child to be used within the club for display purposes, printed publications, club’s website, club’s social media pages & any other form of related media & marketing material.
- I can confirm that I have read, or been made aware of how these images or videos will be stored within the organisation
