Club Partner FAQ

Will COVID-19 measures prevent/limit our benefits?

In everything we do, we will be following government guidelines and FA guidelines about social distancing, safety measures and cleaning measures.

What are your COVID-19 guidelines?

In everything we do, we will always adhere to guidelines set by the government and the FA.

The FA continues to work closely with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) and Sport England in order to provide good practice guidance for those responsible for delivering different aspects of grass-roots football.

We will be working closely with the FA and will share further information as soon as possible. As the weeks/months progress, Government restrictions may or may not be eased further.

Whatever the government outcomes are we’ll update our guidance accordingly. It’s essential everyone is clear about the restrictions and works together to manage social distancing and promote good hygiene. Hull City Ladies are clear that safety for all concerned is of paramount importance to us.

Hull City Ladies have a full Covid 19 Risk assessment in place, this also includes a Covid Officer (Beth van Tilburg). This can be viewed if requested.

Can all junior teams, boys and girls included become a partner?

Yes, junior boys team can become a Tigress Club Partner, we welcome any team to become a partner with Hull City Ladies.

Can anyone register a team for the programme?

Only the team manager or team coach can register a team. If you are connected with a club and like what you see, please forward it to the coach/manager.

Do we have to attend every home game?

No, you don’t have to come to every home if people cannot make it. However, don’t forget that there are prizes on offer each home game to the Partner Club who brings the most attendees. Also, there is one special unique prize for whoever brings the most throughout the season, therefore, if you miss a game this will limit your chances of winning the big prize. But come to as many games as you can. We monitor each club’s attendees through our own database, if we feel that there has been no attendees for numerous games, we will then consider whether the partnership scheme is valid.

How easy is it to become a Tigress Club Partner?

Very easy, fill out the form and we will get back in touch with you.

By becoming a Partner, will this affect the girls/boys playing for our club?

No, we aim to help and support local clubs to develop junior players further. To promote and create more contact time and increase opportunities to play football and by joining the Tigress Partner Club we hope Hull City Ladies can become female role models to youth players.

What do we have to do?

We encourage club personnel to attend our home games throughout the season. We encourage that club personnel share our social media posts about upcoming games, futsal/half term camps and match preview.

We also encourage people to sign up to our mailing list, so we can distribute information easily about upcoming games.

How will you monitor attendance?

All club personnel will be issued with their own loyalty card which will have the official Tigress Club Partner Emblem on. Children under 16 attendance will be tracked by us stamping the loyalty card when they go through the turnstiles. Adults attendance will be tracked providing a match ticket and by us stamping the loyalty card when they go through the turnstiles. Each-game simply get it stamped and tally up how many throughout the season. We will also contact you to see how many people attended, so we can update our live table on the website.

Can I purchase tickets on game day?

Tickets will be available to purchase on the day of the game through the specific turnstile.

How will the points system work?

For every attendee, this will gain your club one point. For every junior who registers on Hull City Ladies half term camp or futsal session this will gain you two points and five points will be awarded for every replica shirt bought. To claim the bonus points of camp or futsal session and replica shirt you will need to do the following.

if you purchase a shirt during the 20 21 season, on arrival at any home game, while wearing your replica shirt, we will stamp the bonus shirt at the game. Also, on arrival to any camp or futsal session, bring your loyalty card and we will stamp your card which claims two extra bonus points.

How much does it cost?

The programme is being offered free of charge to junior clubs, with all junior players receiving free tickets.
