Gigg Signs For City

Hull City Ladies are delighted to announce the signing of Izzy Gigg from Doncaster Rovers Belles

The 19 year old midfield joins from her childhood club after impressing over the last 3 seasons for the South Yorkshire club

Combative, powerful and athletic. Izzy joins the Tigresses looking to build on and grow the work done in the midfield over the course of this season

On the signing manager Chris Hames commented

“I’m delighted to bring Izzy in. It’s a move we’ve looked at for some time now, and now felt right for both club and player to action this. We’ve gone through a transition this year in terms of adapting to the league, but one thing that remind us what we want to be as a club and Izzy epitomises all of this. She is athletic, powerful, competitive and a winner. She’s already fit in brilliantly with the girls and I can’t wait to get her involved on a match day”
